Traveling as Couple
Not a bad hotel for the price I suppose. It was clean and the staff seemed friendly. The pool wasn't terribly big, but good enough for a few short laps; 4 1/2 foot max depth. The hot tub was surprisingly hot. Breakfast was fair, nothing special. If you're put in room 330 or any on the west end of the building you can enjoy the sound of traffic from the interstate all night. At first I thought the window was open, but it wasn't. The hotel was clean and in good location for us. The Fairview is not the top of the line so we thought it was a little pricey for the services offered.

Family with Young Children
Nice hotel, but the staff was unwilling to accommodate anything different. The bathroom door would not shut properly, and the shower knob was missing.

This hotel was a great for the price. The location was superb with easy access to many major restaurants and shopping and theatres. It was easy to find. The pool area was very clean. The breakfast room was really great with TV, newspapers and self serve foods available. There was an attendant to help with anything you needed. The room was small for 2 beds but comfortable.
